Stroller FitA group personal training class for mums with bubs in strollers.
Exercise outdoors with out the hassle of arranging baby sitters, you can now bring your little one along with you.
These classes are designed to work and strengthen all those mummy muscles after child birth. Plus strengthen your major muscle groups through simple yet effective resistance exercises.
At Stroller Fit you will:
- Get out of the house and make new friends
- Boost your self esteem and energy levels
- Improve your fitness level
- Increase your metabolism to lose the baby weight
- Decrease depression and anxiety
- Increase strength and tone your upper and lower body
- Improve pelvic floor muscles and abdominal function

Sessions are $10 and groups numbers are kept to a minimum so you still get the personal attention you need.
Trim N TightenDesigned for ALL women to improve their lifestyle and body shape.
In a group personal training environment you will strengthen bones, decrease body fat, and increase your energy. You will also TIGHTEN your thighs and TRIM down your waist line, all the while meeting other women.
